Our Employment Law Team

Tony McGrade is a director and founder of McGrade & Co. He is a Law Society accredited specialist in employment law, acting for individuals and small and medium sized businesses on the full range of employment issues. He is on the panel of solicitors for the Equality and Human Rights Commission and has a particular interest in discrimination law.

Giles Woolfson is a director of McGrade & Co, accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an employment law specialist. He advises on complex issues including whistleblowing, discrimination, breach of contract, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants and TUPE, and is also a trained mediator.

Margaret Gribbon joined McGrade & Co as a part-time consultant, having specialised exclusively in employment law for over 25 years. She acts mainly for claimants, trade unions and their members, and employers, with a particular interest in sex and protected belief discrimination and whistleblowing cases.
